You may see these product classifications in various locations on our website.

Item Classifications

Stock items: The item is physically stored in our warehouse. Stock items ship within three (3) business days and may take up to seven (7) business days for delivery. 

Out of Stock items: The item is temporarily out of stock and not available for backorder. However, you may choose the option on the product page of the website to be notified by email when stock again becomes available. If you are notified that an out-of-stock item has become available, you will need to place an order for that item and the shipping policy for in-stock items will apply. 

Backordered items: The item is temporarily out of stock, but you may place a backorder for the item. The item may also display an Estimated Ship Date. Backorders generally ship within two (2) business days after the last backordered item becomes available. Please note: multiple backorders will ship together within one business day after the last backordered item becomes available.
