As far as rewards, I'd say no, because everything Boc can do for you (i.e. altering clothing) is something you can do yourself at the Sites of Grace checkpoints after finding the required items. However, if you're seeking an often devastating Souls story don't look any further than this wacky dude.
Boc is described as an exception. He's a demi-human--a species of typically vicious, ape-like creatures that have likely been killed in droves before you find him--but one that is able to think and speak like a person. When you meet Boc, he's recently was evicted from a demi-human-themed den that is located along Limgrave's shoreline. He's willing that you go back into the den to secure you a reward for saving his dignity from the shackles of. That doesn't go so well for him, however should you attempt to take on the boss, you'll find his personal sewing kit. Bring it back to Boc and he's now your personal seamstress. He can even tailor your clothes for free.
The next paragraph is a sad story about Boc's struggles with his appearance and the various ways to assist him in coming to terms with the challenges he faces in life, whether it be for the best or worse. It's been mentioned before, but let me say it again: cheap Elden Ring Items is massive. The majority of players won't discover all the secrets it has to offer in one playthrough. If you've gotten to the triple digits during your time I'd encourage you to go back and explore what else there is to discover, especially as the developers continue to add more features to the game, and also make tweaks to the existing content.
